Education Central: Community Education for the Public

At Central Baptist, we're known for our community education programs. We offer resources to help patients and families find answers to healthcare questions; classes to promote healthy lifestyles, prepare expectant parents for childbirth and parenting and teach people about cancer, diabetes and heart disease; and support groups for many different types of problems. Classes to Promote Healthy Lifestyles

• Focus on Healing Through Movement and Exercise is a therapeutic exercise program for women who have had any kind of breast surgery, node dissection, radiation, chemotherapy or who suffer from chronic fatigue.
• Freedom from Smoking®, a program designed to help you kick the habit.
• Nutrition Counseling to help you develop an eating plan that will fit your food preferences, resources and schedule.
